Terms of Service

Decision Wheel (the “Service”) is a decision-helper application operated by Yegcode at kararcarki.co. It helps users randomly choose among options. The Service includes wheel spinning, dice rolling, coin flipping, multiplayer rooms, a blog, and the ability to create custom wheels.

By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Service.

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username, password) confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you notice unauthorized access, you must inform us at yegcode1@gmail.com.

You agree not to use the Service to: produce content that violates the law; insult, harass, threaten or discriminate against others; infringe third-party intellectual property rights; run spam, malware or automated bots; place excessive load on the Service infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

You own the wheels, options, profile information and other content you create (“User Content”). By publishing content you grant Yegcode a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display and distribute your content as part of the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with the law, third-party rights, and these Terms.

The Decision Wheel brand, logo, design, code and original content are owned by or licensed to Yegcode. They may not be copied, distributed or used to create derivative works without prior written permission. User Content is excluded from this clause.

The Service may include third-party services such as Google Analytics and social-media share links. The terms and privacy policies of those services apply; we have no control over them.

The Service is provided “as is”. Yegcode does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Wheel results are random and must not be used for vital, financial or legal decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yegcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue the Service or any of its features, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved before the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye. Consumer protection rights granted by mandatory law remain reserved.
